Sei Camini or "six chimneys" is nestled in the hills near the Sibillini Mountains yet close to the Riviera Adriatica. Sun, sea, mountains, skiing, historic villages, opera, health spa's, walking - all this together with wonderful food, wine and friendly people.   It is a traditional Marchigiana casa colonica, located in the hamlet of San Venanzo near the village of Monte San Martino in Le Marche region of Italy and is built of yellow sandstone that so well absorbs and reflects the Italian sun with views and colours of mediaeval hill villages and valleys which are a delight to the eye and soul.
Sei Camini comprises of two self contained properties connected by a loggia: the farmhouse comfortably sleeping 11 (13 if you include a convertible settee in the second reception room on the top floor) and the cottage sleeping 6 - both of these properties have been professionally decorated and newly furnished. The property is set in just over 2 hectares with a steep hillside of young oaks, a small vineyard, fruit trees, fireflies, lavender, almond, olives and a wonderful swimming pool to keep cool in during those hot, lazy days.
The views are truly panoramic, to the west where the sun sets behind the Sibillini mountains, to the north and south across unspoilt hills and valleys and looking east, the hilltop villages of Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni are silhouetted against the long views across to the Roman city of Fermo and, on a clear day, to the blue of the Adriatic. Sei Camini commands an imposing position at just over 550 metres above sea level in San Venanzo, is near the Sibillini mountains which in winter has good skiing and great walks at other times of the year and is in a region that has breathtaking views, medieval villages, thermal spa's, an open air opera at Macerata and is only 45 kilometres from the Adriatic.
