* Bookings will usually commence
on a Saturday but please inquire for alternative arrangements especially
in the off peak season.
* Prices are negotiable in the "off" season for groups that
are smaller in number than Las Palmas can accommodate.
The above prices refer to 1 week’s rental and include gas, electricity,
water, bed linen and towels (please bring your own towels for the
pool or beach).
Cleaning and change of bed linen is performed before arrival and
after leaving, if you require extra cleaning (e.g. weekly) it can
be arranged at a charge. Heating is not included but is available
at an additional charge and is either metered or charged at a fixed
daily rate for winter lets.
The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
No arrivals before 4pm.

out with our house notes.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. General - these booking conditions will form part of your holiday
contract with us. Please read them carefully.
2. Making a Booking - letting will always commence on a Saturday
(unless otherwise agreed). To make inquiries for availability, please
visit the "Contact Us" page and, when we have confirmed
its availability, we will require 25% of the rental price as deposit.
The balance of the holiday is payable approximately 8 weeks before
the start date of your holiday, if the booking is made within 8
weeks of the start then the total is payable at that time. Once
we have received your booking form and deposit or full payment we
will issue a confirmation – please check the details on the confirmation
carefully, any discrepancy must be notified to us within 7 calendar
days of the confirmation date. The balance of the holiday price
is due approximately ten weeks prior to departure, if it is not
received when due, we will regard your booking as cancelled and
you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.
3. Alterations - if you wish to alter your booking we will endeavour
to make the alteration requested, subject to a charge of £25
for each alteration made.
4. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your holiday entirely you must do so in writing,
either by e-mail or regular mail. Cancellation charge:
